Tasuku Hayasaka (早坂 相 Hayasaka Tasuku?) is an A-list music producer of which the I-1club is one of his clients. After seeing the Wake Up, Girls!' dismal performance, he decides to offer his services to Green Leaves Entertainment at no charge in exchange for total control as manager, without intervention from Junko Tange or Kouhei Matsuda.

Personality[]
Tasuku said to be more interested in passion projects than simply making money. Considering he's one of the reasons the I-1 idol group is so popular, it's hard to question him. He offers to train the Wake Up, Girls! group for free, comparing the girls to "rough ingredients" that he as a "chef" would then make worthy of a three star restaurant. He watched the girls dismal concert performance back in Episode five, but also saw the potential they had, hence why he wants to make them successful.
Plot[]
Under Tasuku's control, the girls engage in a series of harsh training and a grueling performance schedule. Tasuku has gone so far as to consider removing Airi Hayashida from the group or disband the group entirely if they choose to keep Airi as a means of testing the girls' commitment and unity. He is also the composer of the songs both Wake Up, Girls! and I-1 perform during the Idol festival. He appears to really care for WUG as he was shown to be happy with their performance during said festival (and the crowd's reaction to it) as well as disappointed when they didn't win.

- The name Tasuku means "phase, aspect, countenance, mutually, fellow" (相).
- Tasuku's surname Hayasaka means "already, now, fast, early" (早) (haya) and "slope, hill" (坂) (saka).
